This investment will support the introduction of additional Hornetsecurity services – such as backup, security awareness and permission management – to French partners and customers.</p>
The expansion comes as part of Hornetsecurity’s ongoing efforts to enhance its infrastructure and better serve the expanded customer base from Vade, acquired earlier this year. The extension of the French data center represents a significant investment of 3.8 million euros, demonstrating Hornetsecurity’s continued commitment to the French market.
With this new data center, Hornetsecurity continues to prioritize data sovereignty, security and privacy by ensuring that customer data remains within the borders of their respective countries. For instance, French customer data is securely stored in France, while German customer data remains in Germany.
