Paul Haynes recently participated in a TD Securities Podcast Series episode to explain the growing cyber threat that coincides with a digital transformation in public company industries from auto manufacturing to financial services and capital markets.
In the podcast, he explains the reasons why a company is a target of cyber attacks, means, motive and opportunity, and the toughest threats to detect and stop. At the end of this episode, they asked J. Paul to predict the likelihood of a cyber attack on capital markets. His answer is not one that any of us want to hear, but one we need to be aware of and properly prepared for if in fact such an attack is inevitable.
